Moshi Food is deeply inspired by the international travels we’ve been fortunate to experience. Our first trip to Thailand sparked a passion for bold, vibrant flavors and inspired us to bring tastes from around the world back home to Montana.

Since then, we’ve explored Oaxaca, Hong Kong, Spain, Sri Lanka, and most recently Taiwan and Vietnam — each destination shaping and influencing the dishes you’ll find on our food truck.
