ABOUT US

​

Hi! We’re husband-and-wife chef team Marcos and Sari Mustain. We met in 2011 when we were hired at the same restaurant on the very same day. Working side by side led to a partnership, which eventually led to love—and a wedding. We’re each other’s sounding board and flavor confidants, taking on life and recipes one day at a time.

​

Marcos knew at an early age that he belonged in the kitchen and has been cooking professionally since he was 15. He worked his way through every station before pursuing a degree in culinary arts. He graduated at the top of his class, earning the Grande Toque Award from the Oregon Culinary Institute.

​

Sari is a Bozeman, Montana native who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She quickly realized, however, that creating memorable food for people to enjoy was her true calling. Starting at the bottom as a dishwasher, she worked her way up and is now a confident chef with a specialty in sauce work.
